Shipping

How much is shipping?
Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then take 3–7 business days to arrive in the contiguous US (5–12 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of being placed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from warehouses within the United States, so you'll never pay customs fees or import duties.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, email us and we'll check on it.

I ordered more than one item. Why did they arrive separately?
Items sometimes ship from different warehouses. Shipping is still free on every package.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

How long do refunds take?
We process approved refunds within 2 business days. Funds usually appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund, any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible, since most orders begin processing within 24 hours.

All accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

I made a mistake in my shipping address. Can you fix it?
Usually, if you email us before the order ships. Reach out right away and we'll do our best to correct it.
