Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
Items ship from warehouses within the United States.
- Contiguous US: 3–7 business days after processing
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: 5–12 business days after processing
Total time from order to delivery: typically 4–9 business days for the contiguous US.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons, particularly November and December, can extend these windows.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at service@foundlately.store and we'll look into it.
Multiple items
Orders with more than one item may ship separately and arrive on different days. Shipping remains free on every package.
If your order is delayed
If your order hasn't shipped within 5 business days, email service@foundlately.store. You can cancel for a full refund any time before an order ships.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll refund or reship it. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for reshipment costs.
If you notice an address error after ordering, email us right away at service@foundlately.store. We can usually correct it before the order ships.
Customs and duties
Because we ship from within the United States, domestic orders are not subject to import duties or customs fees. You will not receive an unexpected bill.
